Where are the biggest “tyre dumps” situated in NZ? How many tyres are estimated to be at each dump?
Hi Simon – I’m not sure if there are mega dumps; most regional waste plans probably separate tyres at point of entry and then push them out to energy intensive recycling schemes. I am not sure the path they travel to end up on Cockies silage heaps, holding down tarpaulins. Sadly its obvious that garages and tyre shops illegally dump trailer loads in forests and rivers beds. The anecdotal information is a western country produces approximately one waste tyre per person a year; hence we estimate 4 million waste tyres are produced in NZ each year.
These gorgeous styles are easy to wear, extremely affordable
and perfect for gifting. The competition in the business
is so rife that you just cannot afford to wade in the water of substandard jewelries.
All of those terrors literally happen (though they have decreased greatly nowadays thanks to modern technology) and prove to
be a major disappointment for all those people who spend money
to order items online.
