Coromandel Earthship
In 2015 Gus and Sarah Anning-Rowe built a ‘global model’ earthship in New Zealand, in the space of less than one year – an amazing achievement. The building is built on 2.5 acres of family land in the Puketui Valley on the Coromandel Peninsula and was featured on NZ Grand Designs in October 2015. For more about their story see http://www.theearthship.co.nz/the-dream/ and their Earthship Te Timatanga facebook page To contact Gus and Sarah with specific questions about their build contact gusanning@hotmail.com.
Gus and Sarah obtained a building consent from Thames – Coromandel District Council using the owner-builder exemption. Under these rules they were allowed to carry out Restricted Building Work with the help of unpaid friends and family members.

Sounds amazing and would love to get involved.
I’m curious of the quality of food that will be provided though as I eat fully Organic and would hate to have poison myself over 2weeks. No disrespect 🙂
Can I please have someone get back to me regarding this query?
Thanks sean
